August 2, 2011 at 6:25 PMI think that in a environmental work such as agency or in-house translator time runs quikly. There are colleagues, and a fixed monthly encome, whereas working as freelance translator, in isolation could appears bored. But it may mean have a challenge with themselves and do own’s better to win it.

September 5, 2011 at 10:34 AMI worked in-house for a short while before, and though the experience was good, nothing beats working as a freelancer, it entails more responsibility and better management of your time.
